The JARI Procurement Technical Assistance Center's (PTAC) services, resources and training programs are available to any Pennsylvania businesses located in Allegheny (shared), Armstrong, Cambria, Fayette, Indiana, Somerset and Westmoreland Counties. JARI staff assists those businesses located in Cambria, Fayette, Indiana and Somerset counties while our subrecipient, Southwestern Pennsylvania Commission (SPC) assists businesses in Allegheny, Armstrong and Westmoreland counties.
