On Thursday, August 13th, Dr. Kent Tonkin – Owner of Tonkin to You LLC – will present “Navigating Tricky Convos” during an in-person Lunch & Learn workshop! 

This workshop will support business owners and professionals in a variety of techniques for handling difficult conversations in all aspects of business. Whether with customers, team members, partners, or stakeholders, it’s important to know how to have tricky conversations that add value while keeping your peace.
