  • Automated bid matching from hundreds of buying offices, tailored to individual client specifications. This system operates each government working day, and a list of relevant federal/state/local opportunities is e-mailed to you. Bid Match provides a wide variety of government bid opportunities, including those from the FedBizOpps database, DLA's bulletin boards, various EDI systems, state and local agencies, and foreign entities. To ensure that you see only those bids you are interested in, a PA PTAC will help you develop search profiles, containing keywords, Product Service Codes (PSC/FSCs), National Stock Numbers (NSNs), Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) codes.
  • Providing information on federal, state, and local procurement actions.
  • Assisting in obtaining solicitations, references, specifications, and drawings from buying offices.
  • Assisting with preparation of bidder's mailing list applications.
  • Assisting with market research to locate government agencies who buy your products or services.
  • Assisting with bid package preparation.
  • Providing pre- and post-award contract assistance.
  • Assisting with small, small disadvantaged, 8(a) certified, women-owned small, HUBZone, veteran owned, and service disabled veteran owned certifications.
  • Providing referrals to other assistance organizations where appropriate.
  • Assisting with locating teaming partners.
  • Assisting with government and military specifications, such as Military Specifications and Standards, Society of Automotive Engineers (SAE) Standards, American Society for Testing and Materials (ASTM) Standards, and Aerospace Industries Association of America/National Aerospace Standards (AIA/NAS).
  • Sponsoring trade shows, workshops, seminars, and conferences on a variety of contracting topics.
  • Assisting with Central Contractor Registration (CCR).
  • Providing contract support through receipt of payment, including bid and proposal preparation.
  • Helping you find government forms and publications.
  • Assisting with National Stock Numbers (NSNs) and Part Numbers (P/Ns).
  • Assisting with the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania Department of General Services contracting process, and the Pennsylvania Invitation to Qualify process.
  • Providing information on Mentor-Protégé Program, Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR), Defense Federal Acquisition Regulations (DFAR) and the Federal Acquisition Streamlining Act (FASA).
