Business Park Sites
JIDC, JARI'S affiliate organization, owns and manages three industrial parks: The Johnstown Industrial Park (tenants) and the Johnstown Business Park (brochure, map & tenants) in Cambria County, and the Quemahoning Industrial Park in Somerset County. These three parks are home to 38 local, national and international companies employing nearly 3,500 people. Sited businesses include light manufacturers, distributors, technology-based companies, financial service institutions, non-profit organizations, and a powdered metals company.
Johnstown Business Park/Johnstown Business Park Expansion
The 68 acre Johnstown Business Park is ideally suited for office, light industrial and warehouse/distribution facilities. All infrastructure and utilities are on-site, including digital fiber optic telecommunications. These light industrial parcels are shovel ready. The park is located within one mile of US Route 219 with access to the Pennsylvania Turnpike and US Route 22. The John Murtha Johnstown-Cambria County Airport is within three miles of the park. 18 acres of the current park remain for development.
An expansion has been completed which added 75 additional acres on ten prime lots. These light industrial parcels are designed to house companies employing up to 650 people.
Johnstown Industrial Park
The Johnstown Industrial Park, located in Richland Township, Cambria County, Pennsylvania is a 223-acre fully-operational industrial park with leading manufacturing companies such as: Concurrent Technologies Corporation, Pepsi Bottling Group, and Lockheed-Martin Aeroparts as tenants.
The Johnstown Industrial Park was built in 1974 and is located only one mile from U.S. Route 219, a limited-access four-lane highway, and 3 miles from the John Murtha Johnstown Cambria County Airport. It is the perfect location for any company that needs light industrial, office or warehouse/distribution space. All utilities, including digital fiber optic telecommunications are on site.
Quemahoning Industrial Park
The Quemahoning Industrial Park, home to North American Höganäs, was built in 1978 and is a 528-acre park located in Quemahoning Township, Somerset County, Pennsylvania. The industrial park is located 18 miles via Route 219 to the Pennsylvania Turnpike and 10 miles from the John Murtha Johnstown Cambria County Airport. This park could be developed for industrial, manufacturing and warehouse/distribution companies.
