Presenter:
Gayle Nuppnau is the Western Regional Representative, for
the PA Department of General Services, Bureau of Minority and
Women Business Opportunities. She is responsible for
educating businesses on the contracting policies and procedures
for doing business with the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
Prior to her current position, she managed a Procurement
Technical Assistance Center for 11 years. In the
position she provided businesses with marketing and technical
assistance related to government contracting.
